Best possible setting, very friendly staff.

The rooms with double beds.

No positive feed back for my stay at Days Inn.

Air filter in air conditioner was nasty, blood stain on pillow sheet, and poor dusting and vacuuming in the room and at the head board of the bed.

Had a reserved room and the 1st 2 assigned rooms were occupied by other people. Staff said a middle eastern man worked the previous shift & he didn't understand English so he did not know how to use the computer. I talked with that man and they were correct.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend pause in Sharonville with good value for the price. The couch in my room was covered in stains and had duct tape on the holes, a real turnoff. Bring your own sheets if you stay here.

they advertised Wi-Fi but didn't have it. Lady at front desk said it was because everyone was trying to log on. At that time, there were only a few people at the hotel. My daughter (which is a genius) said they absolutely did not offer Wi-Fi at this location

The price was good.

It wasn't very clean & it was a bit noisy & the breakfast bar was terrible.

No security at all!

Man, we had to get our keys recoded like 4 times! Didn't feel safe in our room, and the staff didn't even check if we really belonged there. Just asked for our room number, seriously? I can't trust that! On the plus side, the free breakfast was decent enough. But not worth the worry about my stuff.

They werent bad looking.

I did not like that there was bed bugs. Yes I said bed bugs. Then they refused to refund me my money so I could take my family to another hotel

The beds were extremely uncomfortable with bed springs in my back...could not sleep....holes in the wall ...and my shower knob fell off and it was to turnnthe water on and off...will not be staying there again

great walking access to parks and restaurants

I really appreciated that I could easily stroll to Sharon Woods Park, just about a 15-minute walk away, and there were several nearby restaurants, like Szechuan House, that were just a few steps from my room. While the hotel had its moments, I felt it was the location.

Brand-new and updated units with the AC and a working television, for instance, and exceptionally nice staff.

Location: the hotel was so close to Cincinnati, a restaurant, and attractions in the area. Stopped by Udupi Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's a short walk to the venue, recommend. The rooms were updated and immaculately clean, had shampoo and a soap in the bathroom.

The lobby was immaculate, and the room was surprisingly clean. My experience was way better than expected.

Not much

Wi-fi didn't work. Key cards didn't work after first day. Housekeeping neglected to clean and stock room. Staff was about as unfriendly and inefficient as I've seen anywhere. Breakfast (coffee) was gone by 7:30 and they didn't know where to find more! You get the idea. Avoid this place even if THEY pay YOU to stay there.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a microwave, and a fridge. The friendly staff once recommended a local delivery that I still remember. I'm definitely coming back for a weekend!
